Qualifications
- You bring 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design with a focus on apps.
- You’re skilled in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and experienced in using design systems.
- You have hands-on experience with user research, user testing, and A/B testing.
- You’re accustomed to working interactively—forming, testing, and re-evaluating hypotheses.
- You take a proactive, goal-oriented approach and can independently set priorities.
- You’re open to debating ideas and also receptive to constructive feedback.
- You constantly ask yourself how things could be made even simpler.
- You’re ideally fluent in both German and English.
Key Responsibilities
- You ensure our community enjoys a great product experience while learning to manage money.
- You create innovative solutions for complex problems, helping to continuously improve Bling’s products.
- You design wireframes and prototypes, collaborating closely with the product team to develop them into final designs.
- You plan and conduct user tests to continuously enhance the usability and user experience of the Bling app.
- You evolve our design language and improve our design system on an ongoing basis.

Qualifications
- 4+ years front-end development experience in commercial roles.
- Extensive React, Typescript knowledge.
- Familiar embedding integrations with front-end solutions for authentication, payments, and marketing data.
- Experience with performance optimisation techniques within React.
- Sociable and comfortable working directly with the Product, Marketing and IT teams and liaising between them. Able to build relationships quickly with IT and business staff at all levels.
- Excellent communication skills, and able to influence at all levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborating with designers and back-end developers to create and maintain web applications
- Developing front-end code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Ensuring web applications are responsive and mobile-friendly
- Conducting user testing and troubleshooting technical issues
- Participating in team meetings and contributing to project planning and execution
- Assisting with the maintenance and updating of existing web applications
